What is DataIronworks?

DataIronworks is a new program hosted by Faris Consulting designed to allow remote management of key systems via remote connectivity.

April 2020 - Due to the ever changing environment of the Covid-19 requirements of users and yes even IT support personnel having to Work From Home (WFH) IT Support is also changing from a onsite visit to your office to an online presence when necessary.                


What is Remote Support?


For years we’ve used remote desktop software to monitor and even troubleshoot issues with client servers. The enhanced version of this process will now allow remote connectivity to a users desktop in order to diagnose issues or reconfigure what is already there. With the current climate of changes that small offices are having to contend with these enhancements are pretty much required in our line of work now. While onsite is still available and in some cases required remote connection enhancements can either resolve and issue quickly or at the very least allow for a plan of attack if it cannot be resolved remotely.
